Tessa Gerlach is a purpose-driven entrepreneur and social activist with a longstanding commitment to wildlife conservation. Together with her husband, she built and scaled the award-winning international premium gin brand Elephant Gin; embedding social impact at its core from day one. Over the past decade, she has raised more than €1.5 million for elephant conservation and led the company to become the first spirits brand in Germany to achieve B-Corp certification. 
 
With a background in film, marketing, and management, Tessa specializes in brand building, storytelling, and community engagement; applying these tools to mobilize support for causes that matter. As a Big Life Ambassador, she brings her experience, voice, and dedication to protecting Africa’s wildlife and the people working tirelessly to safeguard it.
