The Winner's Circle

MBIRIKANI GROUP RANCH TAKES HOME THE MAASAI OLYMPICS TROPHY & BREEDING BULL FOR THE SECOND TIME!

Another successful Maasai Olympics concluded with the greatest event possible, a rain storm sweeping across the dry plains. But not before the prize-giving concluded, with David Rudisha handing out the prizes to the winners below, and the prize bull to the winning team, Mbirikani. These were the star athletes, but the day was about more than individuals, and each victory was celebrated by entire communities. The young men go home heroes, carrying a message of the importance of conservation, and will be inspiring the next group of young men who come to compete in 2016.
