Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the silver Satao is once again available in support of Big Life. The design was created by sculptor Camilla Le May in memory of the magnificent Tsavo tusker Satao, who was tragically killed for his ivory in 2014. Available as either a necklace or brooch, the design honors the thousands of other elephants that have died tragically due to poaching. There are an estimated 20 big tuskers like Satao remaining, and most live in the ecosystem that Big Life helps to protect.
We’re grateful to Camilla, who is donating 50% of profits from the sale of the silver Satao to support Big Life’s efforts to protect wildlife and wild lands in East Africa.
